 Strikeline Training Group was built for athletes and clients who refuse to accept the average.


Our coaching is structured, personalized and results driven. Every program is built with intention, forced progression and accountability.

At Strikeline we believe the only limiting factor to progress is the work you put in. Here we strive for maximum output.

HEAD COACH | AINSLEY PENNOCK

 

Founder of Strikeline Training Group, Certified Personal Trainer, and active-duty U.S. Marine with 10 years of service. 


Ainsley specializes in precision programming, physique development and structured performance training.  She applies multiple training modalities to deliver results for tactical performance, aesthetics, race preparation, and real-world strength. 


Her coaching blends tactical discipline with evidence-based programming to produce measurable results for competitors and lifestyle clients alike. Ainsley operates on one principle, strength isn’t the goal, it’s the baseline. 

COACH | JUSTIN POOLE

 

Certified Bodybuilding Coach and Marine Corps Infantry Veteran.


Justin specializes in pushing athletes beyond their limits in high-intensity in-person sessions focused on building size, strength and physical dominance.


If your goal is to put on serious mass, make drastic strength gains or are interested in hypertrophy focused training, Coach Justin will get you where you want to go.

COACH | MARY DEWITT

  

Mary DeWitt is a Master Trainer, educator, and ISSA certified strength & nutrition coach.

Coach Mary specializes in fat loss, strength & endurance, marathon prep, and building sustainable routines you can stick to. 


Mary emphasizes consistency and habit development to drive visible progress inside and outside the gym. If the goal is lasting results and a stronger, more capable version of yourself, Coach Mary will get you there.

COACH | ZACH VAZQUEZ

 Zach Vazquez is an Active Duty United States Marine, Bodybuilding Coach, and Sig Sauer Master Rifle and Pistol Instructor.

Zach brings 9 years of military discipline and tactical athletics training to every session at Strikeline Training Group.


Zach specializes in strength training, conditioning, and tactical athletics forged from real-world experience that goes far beyond the gym floor.


If your goal is to build functional power, improve athletic performance, or train for overall lethality, Zach is the coach for you.
